More than just a word translator, the app is designed to make ordering from a menu easy: an entire column of a menu can be translated at one time, and results are presented in bold type with each line of the original menu immediately followed by its translation, so the traveler can point to what they want to order. Users simply take a photo of the menu, crop as needed, and tap "Translate." Le Menu Dit immediately handles the translation, resulting in an understandable menu for users to read and order from.
"Le Menu Dit" is French for "The Menu Says," which is the perfect description of what the app does. While laying the groundwork for Le Menu Dit 1.0, developers created a list of over 37,000 menu-related phrases, which they translated from English to French. The resulting phrase dictionary is the basis of Le Menu Dit 1.0.

"The idea for Le Menu Dit 1.0 came to us - myself, my wife, and my parents - while we were biking along the Danube," says Phil Price, inventor of the app. "We stopped at a restaurant for dinner, and even though we know a smattering of German we couldn't read the menu: we would have been able to read the German words for 'fish' and 'vegetables', but that didn't help because we didn't know the words for 'halibut' or 'asparagus.' We tried using a popular translation app (Word Lens) , but it was frustrating to use and the results were very poor. I said out loud, 'This is awful! I could write a better app myself!' My mother challenged me with, 'If you do, I will happily invest in it.' And that's how Le Menu Dit came to be." Upon returning from their trip, Phil and his two friends, Nathan Addy and Yixing (Ethan) Chen, set to work on developing the app.
Unlike most other translation apps for iOS device, Le Menu Dit doesn't try to be an all-purpose translation tool. Instead, it concentrates on being excellent at one thing, quickly translating menus from English to French and presenting the translation in a way that makes it easy for users to point to what they want to order. There are no complicated procedures to learn, or confusing icons that must be hit in the proper order. Menu translation is merely a matter of point, shoot, crop, and wait a moment for the translation.

Swift Move, an action game that combines elements of basic board games with intuitive iPhone gaming features of touchscreen swiping, is free to get from the App Store.
The concept is simple. Swift Move wants to see how "swift" the player can "move". The game introduces a 3x3 board in the middle of the screen where there are a yellow star and a white ball on 2 different tiles. The player has to control the white ball to hit the yellow star for point. Every time a star is hit and destroyed, there will be a new one showing up at another tile for the player to continue. While chasing the yellow star, the white ball must also avoid other blue balls that come out from the screen's edges and move across the board.

How To Play:
* Swipe anywhere on the screen in any direction to move the white ball. It is recommended to swipe on the area below the 3x3 board so that you can see the movement of the balls without having your finger blocked your view. Each swipe triggers one move in either up,down,left or right direction on the constrained board.
* Move the white ball to the tiles of yellow stars which keep appearing randomly. Every once in a while, there will be elusive white stars popping out and disappearing in just seconds. Hitting the white stars will get you 3 additional points instead of regular 1 point per yellow star
* Watch out the blue balls. If you hit the blue ball, you will be blown up and it's game over !

Montreal, Canada - PearFiction Studios Inc. is today proud to announce that version 2.0 of its award winning 3D isometric racing game Blitz Racer is now available for iOS and Android devices - and both current and future fans have plenty to be excited about, including new tracks, new tunes, and enhanced gameplay features.
The fundamental objectives of Blitz Racer 2.0 remain the same, and are refreshingly simple: don't crash, stay alive, and keep racing. However, achieving these goals is easier said than done. Gamers must deftly and rapidly navigate various race tracks that feature a sleek isometric design, and that have both a retro and futuristic feel at the same time. It really is a unique aesthetic that will impress both new and "old school" gamers alike.
Tapping left allows gamers to turn 90 degrees counter-clockwise (i.e. to the left), while tapping right allows gamers to turn 90 degrees clockwise (i.e. to the right). Each time they complete a lap, gamers earn a star. When they collect enough stars, they head to the next level and face an even tougher track.
In the original version of Blitz Racer - which won the Pocket Gamer Silver Award, and was heralded as a game that "delivers the arcade racing goods with admirable style and uniqueness" - gamers had to contend with 6 distinct race tracks. Now in version 2.0, they're presented with 19 brand new courses, bringing the total to 25. What's more, each track has its own original techno-inspired, adrenaline-pumping anthem.
